Join Our Free KinKonnect Empowerment Program for Grandparents and Kinship Caregivers

Are you a grandparent or relative raising a child in Fayette, Coweta,  Spalding and Troup County. Our KinKonnect Empowerment Program is here to support you—completely FREE of charge!

To qualify, caregivers must:

• Be raising at least one child aged 17 or younger
• Have the child’s parent absent from the home
• Reside in Fayette, Coweta, Spalding  or Troup County

Our Program Offers:

• Personalized Case Management
• Advocacy Support
• Food Assistance
• Access to Community Resources
• Information and Referral Services
• Annual Caregiver Appreciation Breakfast
• Access to Donated Supplies
• Kinship Navigation Services
• Impact and Empowerment Training

Our Empowerment Training equips you with the tools to understand and address the effects of trauma on children, helping you guide them to feel safe, secure, and confident. We focus on practical parenting strategies to handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.

For those who do not qualify for the full program, we offer short-term support, information, and referral services, as well as support groups for all other counties.
